The one where I try to understand Spanish.

This week was quite the week!!

On Tuesday we had exchanges with our ZL's, they are in a Spanish-speaking area of the mission so I was extremely excited to not understand anything they were saying hahah. I went with Elder Wells, super great missionary, we got along great!
The first thing we did was we had a lesson with one of their investigators her name is Zoriada she's an older lady from Puerto Rico! She was very interested in the plan of salvation but I just had to let Elder Wells talk because I don't speak Español hahah!
But after that hour-and-a-half lesson by the end of it, I was dozing off bc the language is just so peaceful weirdly lol.
After that we went to go have the best Mexican food ever from the Gutierrez family and it was super yummy the husband was a landscaper just like me so we were able to speak a little bit of English back and forth about landscaping! But super nice people as most Latinos are!

On Friday after the district council, our zone got filmed for the new president that's coming into the mission, President Cornelius! So we got filmed what was our favorite scripture and why it was our favorite! Mine is Hebrews 11:6!
After that some of us got new profile pictures because they had a nice camera for filming haha so I figured I'd get a new one bc in my last one there's snow in it and I'm not in Klamath Falls anymore.

Sunday we were able to teach our friend Russ Fish the last lesson in order for him to get baptized! And after we had a little time to talk bout the details of his baptism which us June 10th! Wooooo!! He's super pumped for that!!
