The one where Georgine gets baptized!
Hi!!! This has been a solid last two weeks! The biggest thing that happened is Georgine got baptized!! On January 21st. I'm so happy we were able to push her a little bit when it came to her baptism date!! After she got done with the interview I knew she was ready to be baptized for sure!!! I'm so proud of her for making the first step towards living with her Heavenly Father again!! I'm also glad we were able to zoom it for all the past missionaries that taught her, and the missionaries' families.
Transfers came on Tuesday this time instead of Sunday and I'm staying for another 6 weeks in Klamath Falls!! So nuts that me and Elder Kjar are still together rip hahaha. We are getting the work done and that's all that matters!! On Thursday, I had to say bye to Elder Sparks my first favorite zone leader so sad I'm gonna miss that guy but luckily I'll see him at zone conference On Feb 7!
We had a super fun service this week hahaha. We feed cows at 8 am 20 degrees weather, yesh it was cold!! I never thought I'd be doing that on my mission, but it was super fun and definitely a good change when came to missionary work. We did the service for a member that doesn't go to church a lot, so we did this in an effort he would maybe go to church because he has as much work to do Sunday morning. But he sadly didn't show up to church so we will keep trying to help him much as we can!
I can't believe how fast January has gone by! I swear the flies by on the mission and can't believe its basically February!
