The one where we go fishing and leave rubber on the ground

Hey Hey guys!! Happy Halloween from Oregon!! Can't believe it's the 2nd but final Halloween in Oregon for me!! So crazy to think about!!

This past week couple of weeks have been packed full of mems !!

Lil Miracle

The 26th of Oct we had a service planed with a less active member so we went over and we knocked and her daughter visiting from Arizona opened the door and she said "oh are you hear for the blessing?" And i was like uhhh sure we can definitely do that, we were just about to start doing some yard work for this older member (the less active one) , but we were able to give this older member a blessing and we found out later after the blessing some scamer almost took everything out from her like almost selling her house and just taking a lot of her money so make sure we are watching out for those types of horrible people! So that whole experience was a really big moment just for my testimony and in was able to see Gods timing being perfect without a doubt, ive had little experiences but just having that experience out here on the mission and seeing how big it impacted me and the individual it was a pretty special moment forsure!

The memories

The picture with me and Elder Checketts eating food we decided that day we would walk to Central Point to do some door knocking, keep in mind Central Point is like a 1 hour 45 minute walk one way, so it might seem like a little. Still, it was okay so we ended up seeing a Wendy's and stopped there for lunch and that was about halfway between our apartment in Medford, haha. Still, we eat lunch and then keep walkin and we end up making it to CP and we knock a whole bunch of doors. Then we have w member dinner out there and that goes a little longer then expected, so we had our Awesome District leader Elder cox come rescue us bc it was like 8 and we still had the walk back haha so that was a fun full day of being in the sun! We also saw that sick red truck while we were knocking doors!

The next picture ill tell ya about was a crazy one haha so we got like 5 NICE ish fishing polls for free HAHA so basically we had a service lined up to help this less active member and we go over there and we just do some yard work for him like trimming bushes and ofc I mowed the yard HA but we get just about done and he opens His garage door and this guy has bout maybe 250 fishing polls jusr chillin, and im say holy you got quite a few of those dont ya and hes like yeah you guys go fishing? And im like uh yes we do! And hes like here take some! So that was a super sick and then he invited him to the trunker treat this past Saturday and he came so that was sick!!

So 3 wards did a joint trunk or treat on Saturday the 28th and it was so fun me and Elder Checketts having a car now we were able to pass out candy! I obviously dressed up as a ducks fan because they did so well in there game against utah WOO and me ane elder Checketts obv switched name tags super fun night bondin with the ward

BEST P DAY OF THE MISH

You might be asking Zach how was it the best p day and ill give some context in a lil but the jist of it was driving up a canyon to get to a river, and then fishing on that river, then driving back and throwin the football at the church and THEN getting a crazy ride in a brand new 700HP FORD RAPTOR R!!!!!

Okay okay this is how it all went down we first got up pretty early and we went and got Elder bell and elder Anderson and then drove up to eagle point to go meet up with eldler Williams and elder Hawkins, we drove up some random sick canyon and we fished on the Rogue River, we didnt catch anything but it was fun so that explains the picture of us this water behind us, okay so after that we go fishing in some other ponds but didnt end up catching anything but its alright so then we go back to the church and we play some games and wut not and then we go outside and toss the football and theres just a brand new $110,000 MSP Ford Raptor R so i obv like cars and trucks and i new was the truck was so i was like dang that thing is so sick and then i saw the sisters go up and talked to him (the driver of the truck was a member giving money to the sisters for dinner that night because he was in there ward) anyways i go up to the guy and say hey like the truck man and then i say (completely joking btw) can you take us for a ride and HES LIKE HECK YEAH so i immediately start freaking out so we get in and lets just say it was the best 5 minutes EVER!! And there may or may have not been some rubber left on the ground haha anyways super sick and gave me motivation for the future as always!!

Carving peppers?

Oct 31st Yup i did it haha me and Elder Anderson (Elder Bells comp) carved some faces I did the pepper and Elder Anderson ofc got a pumpkin haha but it was super fun and a little last minute discussion haha, me and Elder Checketts got some yummy Chick-fil-A so that was fireee and that was basically our Halloween haha nothin too special
