The one where we laugh to much

This week has been a busy week at the Provo MTC. The week started with finally meeting my awesome District in person. I was so happy to see them and to be able to create that instant bond with them. We all live in Utah except for two of us. We laugh probably 75% of the time we are all together; we definitely have a funny crew.

I'm so glad that I've been able to go with them to all of my classes and all the awesome devotionals. This week Dallin Vail Bayles sang for us live surprising us in the audience!!! there will be a picture below of him we also got to hear a lot from the Provo MTC President and was able to give him a big hug after him sharing in a devotional how he lost a daughter and we were able to relate in that way! Super cool!!

We also have super cool MTC teachers sister white and brother Smith that has been teaching us a lot of material the past couple of days, days go by fast when you're constantly always going to either a class or a devotional or a district meeting, we love talking about our spiritual teaching moments that we get to have with investigators here at the MTC as we continue through Provo MTC we get to teach MTC actors and we were able to have a super spiritual experience with

A guy that was actually not a member of the church but he works here at the MTC just for some extra money and he was also super curious about the church so as we walked in thinking we were going to be able to teach him about the Restoration because his friends told him about the church so it was a perfect story matchup but as we got going into the lesson and getting to know him more and talking about music and what we like doing for a living I felt super prompted to invite him to pray to know of the truth of this is the gospel and Church.

Later in our conversation, we got to share that families can be together forever, He shared that his parents weren't super big into the Church and I felt prompted to share the experience of how my sister passed away in an accident and he eventually explained how his two best friends in high school were killed from gang violence.  We both felt a closeness and it was super spiritual in the room that was probably one of the strongest experiences I was able to feel the Spirit as we re-invited him to pray and to know for himself.

He wants to keep in contact with me to see how I was doing with my sister's passing and just to keep in contact with him in general. That is my first experience with sharing my sister's passing and I felt super comfortable I know this is where I need to be able to teach many more people about my story and the plan of salvation.

We were able to go to The temple this morning at 6:00 and that was probably the hardest time I had waking up getting over my sore throat and cold, but I felt many blessings being able to do temple work, plus, this morning it was even more awesome experience to be able to attend the temple with my district as we won't be able to do it next Tuesday because a lot of the district leaves on the day before me on Tuesday!

It's going to be super hard saying goodbye to these guys as we've grown super close sharing spiritual experiences and many scriptures with each other after all of the many devotionals we've had, but I know I was meant to meet these guys for a reason!!

I have been asked to speak church here at the MTC about the plan of salvation, so I'm getting prepared for that!

To end the week, we got to hear from Elder Marcus B Nash. That was super cool, we learned about our Purpose as a missionary! really opened my eyes to why I'm truly here and it's to serve and preach what I know is true.

Goodbyes and Hugs. I love my fam
